Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This explains what Artura LLC ("Artura Labs," "we," "us") collects when you use arturalabs.net, the desktop app, or our Discord — and what we do with it. We're a two-person business, not an ad company. We don't sell your data and we don't have anything to gain from collecting more of it than we need.

1. What this covers

This policy covers arturalabs.net, the Artura Labs desktop app, our members' and public Discord servers, and our email to you. It does not cover the separate services you reach through us — Whop, Discord, Cal.com, your AI tools, your search API provider — each of which has its own privacy policy and its own relationship with you.

2. What we collect

You give it to us

  • Booking details, if you book a call: name, email, time zone, and whatever you type into the booking form. Collected by Cal.com.
  • Account and payment details, if you join: name, email, country, and billing information. Collected and processed by Whop. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Your Discord identity — username, ID, avatar — and anything you post in our servers.
  • Anything you email us, including support questions and complaints.

Collected automatically

  • Basic server logs from our website host, including IP address, browser type, and which pages loaded. Used for security and to know whether the site is working.
  • Whop's conversion pixel. Our pages load a script from Whop (t.whop.tw) that records page views and links them to sign-ups and purchases made through our Whop checkout. It is there so we can tell which pages lead to memberships. We do not run advertising pixels or any other third-party analytics on arturalabs.net. If that changes, this policy changes with it.

We don't ask for and don't want sensitive information — health, ethnicity, religion, political views, biometrics, government ID numbers. Please don't send it.

3. Why we use it

  • To give you what you signed up for: access to the app, the course and the community.
  • To take payment and manage your subscription and trial.
  • To answer your questions and support you.
  • To email you about your account, and — only if you asked for it — about what we're building. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If you post a result in the community, we may quote or screenshot it in our marketing — see section 7 of the Terms. Tell us not to and we won't, and we'll remove it if it's already up.

4. Who we share it with

Only the companies we need to run the business, and only what they need:

ServiceWhat it handles
WhopCheckout, subscription billing, membership access
DiscordThe community servers and everything posted in them
Cal.comCall bookings and the details you enter to book
NetlifyHosting this website and the email form submissions
Google FontsServes the fonts on this page; receives your IP address when the page loads
Our email providerSending and receiving email with you

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold — in which case we'd tell you first.

5. Cookies and tracking

arturalabs.net does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our host may set a cookie strictly needed to serve the site and keep it secure. The embedded product demo on our homepage runs in your browser on sample data and does not track you.

When you move on to Whop, Discord or Cal.com, those services set their own cookies under their own policies.

6. The desktop app and your leads

The Artura Labs app is local-first. The search API key you supply and the lead lists, audits and pipeline notes you generate are stored on your own computer, not on our servers. We don't have a copy of your leads and can't retrieve them for you if your machine dies — back them up yourself.

When you run a search, the app sends your query to the third-party search API you have supplied a key for, and that provider handles it under their terms. When you run a site check, the app requests the target website the same way a browser would.

The lead data you pull is information about businesses, but it can include names and direct contact details of real people. Once you have it, you are the one responsible for it — including honouring do-not-call and anti-spam rules and any deletion request a contact makes to you. See sections 8 and 10 of the Terms.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account and billing records: for as long as you're a member, then up to 7 years, because tax rules require it.
  • Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
  • Section 6 claim evidence: 2 years after the claim is closed.
  • Discord posts: for as long as the server exists, unless you delete them.
  • Support email: up to 3 years.

8. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that's wrong;
  • delete your information, subject to records we're legally required to keep;
  • stop emailing you.

Email landon.welt08@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you for it, and we won't treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm it's really you before acting.

Some of your data lives in Whop and Discord under your own account with them — deleting it there is something only you can do.

9. If you're in the EU or UK

Our legal bases for processing: contract (running your membership), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service, telling existing members about the product), consent (the marketing email list, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

You also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to data portability, and to complain to your national data protection authority. We'd rather you came to us first.

10. If you're in California

Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not in the past 12 months. The categories we collect are identifiers, commercial information (your subscription and purchases), and internet activity (server logs) — see sections 2 and 3 for the detail. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing us, and we won't discriminate against you for it.

11. Children

Artura Labs is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and memberships are only sold to people 18 or over. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

12. Security

We use reputable providers, limit who can see member data to the two of us, and keep accounts behind strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise otherwise. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you and the relevant authority as quickly as the law requires.

13. Where data is stored

We operate from the United States, and our providers store data in the United States and elsewhere. If you're outside the US, using Artura Labs means your information is transferred to the US, where privacy law differs from your own. Our providers use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where they're required.

14. Changes

We'll update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll tell you by email or in the Discord before it takes effect.
